As we look ahead to the 99th year of the Christmas Appeal, your support has never been more vital. With the numbers of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness continuing to rise, we’re asking for your help once again. Your donation could give more than just shelter. Your support could help someone find – and keep – a safe place to call home.

Here’s how your gift could have a life-changing impact:

£500 could help pay for the first month’s rent or a deposit enabling someone to secure a new home.

£1.000 could help provide 33 individuals with access to essential healthcare, dentistry and podiatry, helping to reduce the harmful effects of living on the streets.

£2,000 could enable 4 individuals and their families to move into a safe permanent home within days by helping to cover the essential costs that often block access to housing, such ID or removal expenses.

£5,000 could help 10 individuals and their families to pay for items such as kitchenware, curtains for privacy, storage, carpets, or a bed, that help to make a house a home.

£10,000 could help pay for intensive psychological support to help with mental health, addiction services and help to enable people to return to work.

£20,000 could help 40 individuals and their families to sustain their new home, providing them with the means to purchase household items, gain digital access or connect with their local community.

£30,000 could help 60 individuals and their families to pay their first month’s rent or a deposit enabling them to access somewhere safe and secure to call home.

Income raised for this appeal will fund our vital work all year round.
